APOLO PROYECT
Apolo

fund by
F_Biodiversidad

The Apollo Project is an ambitious project of action and awareness of environmental issues most current, relevant, and possibly the most forgotten of all: the gradual disappearance of the biological agents responsible for carrying out a fundamental process for maintaining life on Earth, POLLINATION.

The project's main objective is to incite reflection on the part of society about what biodiversity is and why it is necessary to preserve it, spreading the important role of pollinators, both wild and "domestic" for conservation in terrestrial ecosystems.

The Apollo Project is carried out by the Spanish Association of Entomology (ESA) in collaboration with the Botanic Garden and CIBIO, Latin American Center for Biodiversity at the University of Alicante.
